Registration & Payment

Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

• Workshops, groups, and events are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before an event may receive a credit toward a future Art of the Heart offering.

• Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund or credit.

• If Art of the Heart cancels an event, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit.

Retreat cancellation policies may differ and will be outlined on the individual retreat registration page.

Participation

Art of the Heart strives to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment. Participants agree to treat others with kindness and respect. Anyone engaging in behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of others may be asked to leave without refund.

Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Unless you are receiving psychotherapy services through Art of the Heart under a signed informed consent, workshops, community events, memberships, retreats, and educational offerings are not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis services.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in creative activities and wellness experiences is voluntary. You assume responsibility for participating within your own physical and emotional limits and agree to notify the facilitator of any concerns that may impact your participation.

Photography

Occasionally, photographs may be taken during public workshops or events for educational or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the facilitator know before the event begins.

If you require accommodations to participate, please contact Art of the Heart in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made to support accessibility whenever possible.
