Reconnect with Self.

One Season at a Time

The Seasonal Self is a self-paced creative journey through the four seasons and six cycles of being. Through art, reflection, nature, and gentle self-inquiry, you are invited to slow down, notice your own rhythms, and reconnect with what you need in each season of life.

Move through the full year at your own pace. Begin with the season you're in, or the season you need.

A self-paced journey through cyclical living, creativity & compassionate inner work

The Seasonal Self is an online learning experience designed to help you explore who you are across the changing seasons through creativity, gentle self-inquiry, and the rhythms of the natural world.

Inside, you'll journey through four complete seasonal modules while exploring six cycles that continually move through and around us:

Breath • Circadian • Lunar • Solar • Menstrual • Lifespan & Archetypes

There is no schedule to keep up with and no right place to begin.

Follow the seasons as they unfold outside your window, move through the year from beginning to end, or explore the season that most closely reflects what is happening within you.

This is an experience you can return to again and again as your own seasons change.

The Journey That Brought Me Here

We’re raised to keep moving, checking one achievement off after the next. Graduate high school. Go to college. Get the job. Build the career. Keep climbing.

No one ever taught me how to pause, how to prioritize my wellbeing, or even notice the weight of my mental load. I was running on autopilot, and eventually, I crashed, slipping into a deep depression without understanding why or how I’d gotten there.

My body, my creativity, and my heart were whispering a different truth: slow down, tune in. I began experimenting with living in rhythm with the seasons, the moon, and my own cycles. I swapped pressure for presence, deadlines for daily rituals, and began listening, really listening, to what I needed.

What I found was life-changing: more creativity, deeper connection to myself, and a sense of belonging I didn’t know I was missing.

The Seasonal Self is the space I wish I had years ago, a place to slow down, create freely, and honor your own cycles without apology.

There are watercolor paints, brushes, and a jar of water on the ground nearby. The scene appears to be outdoors with a natural, earthy background.

FOUR SEASONS OF SELF-EXPLORATION

Move through complete seasonal modules for Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Each season offers a different lens for noticing your needs, energy, patterns, and internal rhythms.

Explore alongside the seasons as they unfold, or begin with the season that feels most relevant to where you are right now.

CREATIVITY AS A PRACTICE

You do not need to consider yourself an artist to participate.

Throughout The Seasonal Self, creative and reflective invitations offer another way to listen inward, explore what is present, and connect with yourself beyond words.

Use the materials you already have, follow your curiosity, and focus on the process rather than the finished product.

TOOLS TO RETURN TO AGAIN & AGAIN

This isn't a course you need to complete and check off a list.

Seasonal snapshots, guided reflections, meditations, weekly creative prompts, rituals, recipes, videos, and downloadable resources are yours to revisit as your own seasons continue to change.

With lifetime access, you can return to the material when you need a pause, a reset, or a different way of understanding where you are.

Why It Matters (In Today’s World)

Close-up of a curly green vine or tendril emerging from lush green leaves.

We live in a culture that often asks us to override our natural rhythms.

Keep going. Stay productive. Push through. Do more.

The Seasonal Self offers another way.

By paying attention to the cycles happening within and around us, we can begin to recognize that our energy, creativity, needs, and capacity were never meant to stay the same all the time.

Throughout The Seasonal Self, we explore six interconnected cycles:

Breath, Circadian, Lunar, Solar, Menstrual & Life Archetypes

This is your permission slip to live differently

You don’t have to earn your rest.
