Individual and Group Therapy Sessions
Counseling at Art of the Heart Studio is a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your Self. Guided by the roots of Art Therapy, EMDR, and parts work, our one-on-one sessions support individuals navigating transitions, burnout, grief, identity shifts, or a general longing to feel more grounded and whole.
Sessions may include art-making, gentle conversation, creative prompts, or reflective practices, offered at your pace and tailored to your needs. You don’t need to consider yourself “artistic” to begin, just open to the process of discovery.
In-person and virtual sessions available for Indiana residents, ages 13+.
Not every form of support needs to be clinical. Sometimes, what we need most is unstructured creative space, time to reconnect with ourselves without expectation or pressure.
Current Creation offerings include:
Rotating Creative Based Events – Open studio, Art in the Park, Bad Art Night and more. Check out the Events tab to learn about current offerings.
Creative Tools & Guides – downloadable prompts, seasonal art invitations, and journaling resources to support your process at home.
The Seasonal Self Membership – an ongoing self-paced membership exploring seasonal rhythms, creativity, and self-reflection.
These experiences invite you to return to the joy of process, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and create for the sake of creative connection, not perfection.
