* Save the date! March 19-21, 2027
A weekend of creativity, rest, nature, and connection
Each spring, we gather for an intentional weekend away from the pace and responsibilities of everyday life.
The Spring Equinox Retreat offers space to pause at the threshold of a new season, reconnect with yourself, explore your creativity, and spend meaningful time in community.
For our 4th annual retreat, we are heading to a peaceful 40-acre farm in southern Indiana. Our home for the weekend includes two spacious, renovated barn-style buildings, cozy shared gathering spaces, walking areas, two ponds, and a community of miniature donkeys, goats, and lambs.
Yes, there will be donkeys!!
March 19-21 l Heltonville, IN
This retreat is for women and non-binary folks, 18+ who are seeking a gentle, creative, and nourishing space to reconnect with themselves and the season.
A Different Kind of Weekend Away
This weekend is an invitation to step outside your usual routine and enter a slower, more intentional rhythm.
Throughout the retreat, there will be opportunities for:
Guided creative exploration
Seasonal reflection
Restorative wellness practices
Time outside and around the farm
Personal reflection and journaling
Shared meals
Meaningful community connection
Spacious time to rest, wander, create, or visit the animals and the land
Everything offered is invitational. You do not need to participate in every activity, have previous art experience, or arrive with a particular goal.
The retreat is intentionally designed to hold both connection and solitude, structure and spaciousness.
Our Home for the Weekend
This year’s retreat will be held at Donkeytown, an active 40-acre farm in Heltonville, Indiana.
Our group will have access to two separate barn-style buildings with more than 6,000 square feet of space. Together, the buildings include seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple living areas, full kitchens, and a large communal dining and gathering space known as the Donkey Diner.
Outside, the property offers plenty of room to walk, rest, and take in the landscape. Guests can explore the farm, spend time near the two ponds, sit outside with a cup of coffee, and interact with the farm’s miniature donkeys.
The farm is also home to free-range goats and lambs who may greet us throughout the weekend.
The setting gives us room to gather as a whole group while also offering plenty of smaller spaces to rest, talk, read, journal, or create.
Accomodations
The property includes seven bedrooms spread across two buildings. Both private and shared accommodations are available and listed below.
Private rooms may be reserved by one person or shared by two people registering together. Shared accommodations offer a more affordable way to attend while still providing access to the full retreat experience.
