Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy Statement:

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and accommodate others on the waitlist, we have established the following cancellation policy

for the Spring Equinox Women’s Retreat:

No Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable.

Tiered Credit for Future Workshops:
If you are unable to attend, you may receive credit toward future workshops or events based on the amount of notice given:

More than 30 days’ notice: 100% credit of the paid amount.

15–30 days’ notice: 50% credit of the paid amount.

Less than 15 days’ notice: No credit issued.

Credit Usage:

Credits must be applied to workshops or events offered within 12 months from the original event date.

Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to Cancel:
Please notify us in writing via email at artoftheheartindy@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
