The Seasonal Self Membership Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in The Seasonal Self membership program. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. General Terms (Apply to All Membership Tiers)

Purpose:
The Seasonal Self membership is designed for personal growth, creative exploration, and seasonal reflection. It is not therapy and does not substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or other professional services.

Eligibility:
Open to individuals 18 years or older. By subscribing, you affirm you meet this requirement.

Payment & Subscription:

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.

• Your payment information will be securely stored, and your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with Section 3.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

• Cancellation will stop future charges; no refunds will be issued for partial months.

• If you cancel, you forfeit any locked-in “founder rate.” Rejoining later will require paying the current membership rate.

Intellectual Property:
All materials (worksheets, prompts, videos, recipes, and other resources) are the property of rt of the Heart, LLC. They are for your personal use only and may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed without permission.

Community Guidelines:
Members agree to participate respectfully in discussions and gatherings, upholding an inclusive and supportive environment. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal from the membership without refund.

2. Tier-Specific Terms

Seasonal Flow Membership Tier

Includes:

• Full access to The Seasonal Self online portal

• Seasonal modules, worksheets, creative prompts, and recipes

Additional Terms:

• This tier provides limited access and does not include community portal access, group calls, or coaching.

Seasonal Circle Membership Tier

Includes:

• Full access to The Seasonal Self online portal

• Seasonal modules, worksheets, creative prompts, and recipes

• Access to community discussions and group gatherings

• Member discounts on events

Additional Terms:

• Participation in group calls and community spaces requires mutual respect and confidentiality.

Seasonal Deep Dive Membership Tier

Includes:

• All benefits of Seasonal Circle

• One-on-one seasonal coaching sessions with facilitator. 1 Scheduled session per month. Further forms for Informed Consent and Practice Policies will be shared prior to first coaching session.

Additional Terms:

• Coaching sessions must be scheduled directly with the facilitator.

• Sessions are for personal growth and reflection and do not constitute therapy.

• Missed sessions without 48-hour notice may be forfeited.

3. Liability Disclaimer

By enrolling, you agree that Art of the Heart, LLC and its facilitators are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your participation. You participate voluntarily and assume all responsibility for your well-being.

4. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

• You have read and agree to this Service Agreement.

• You understand that this membership is not therapy.

• You accept responsibility for your participation and subscription terms.
