How to Prepare

Gather simple art materials of your choice (paper, pens, paints, collage, etc.).

Bring a journal for reflection.

Create a quiet, comfortable & private space for yourself. Lighting a candle or bringing a seasonal item (like a leaf, flower, or fruit) can help set the tone.

Community Guidelines

What’s shared in circle, stays in circle. Please use headphones if in a space with others to promote focus & privacy.

Arrive on time and stay for the full gathering if possible.

Keep your camera on when you can, connection is built in presence.

Respect and honor each voice, including your own.

This gathering is just a glimpse of what unfolds in the Seasonal Self membership, ongoing seasonal circles, creative prompts, recipes, and deeper support for living in rhythm with nature. I’m so excited to share this first step with you.
